Start with the basics
Check the Windows version, app version, task inputs and output folder. Try a short macro on one example before expanding it.
Sign-in and account connection
Use the same Google account on the website and when approving the Windows app connection. Finish global membership consent before downloading or approving a PC. If a connection request expires, start a new request in the app and approve that PC. Email signup is being prepared.
Update your app
HADUN Macro 0.3.32 and later automatically check for and download signed updates. A downloaded update installs when you fully exit the app; a running or recording task blocks installation. You can change these preferences in Settings. If you have 0.3.31, install the latest global version from the global download page once to enable updates. The Korean app uses its own update channel.
Close membership or request deletion
Disconnect a PC or close your global membership from your global account. This revokes global app access and leaves Korean service membership separate. Closing membership does not erase the shared login identity or local macro files. For a global data access, correction or deletion request, contact team@hadun.io from your registered email; we will verify the request and explain which records can be deleted or must be retained.
Contact support
Email team@hadun.io with the app version, the action you expected and the error message. Remove passwords and personal or confidential information from screenshots and examples.
