Billing and refunds

How HADUN Macro Pro is billed, how to cancel and how refunds work.

How billing works

HADUN Macro Pro costs $12 a month or $96 a year and renews automatically until you cancel. Polar Software, Inc. (Polar), our payment partner, is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, adds any tax that applies where you live and sends your receipt. HADUN does not see or store your card details.

Pro removes the 20-step limit and runs every Excel row in one pass. It needs HADUN Macro 0.3.35 or later. The free edition stays free and never asks for payment details.

Canceling

Cancel any time from Manage or cancel your subscription on your account page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to the free limits. Your macros stay on your PC; macros longer than 20 steps can still be opened and shortened, but will not run on the free edition.

Refunds

Your first payment for a subscription is refundable in full for 14 days. Email team@hadun.io from the address you paid with and we will refund it; Pro ends when the refund is issued.

Renewal payments are not refunded automatically. If a renewal was charged by mistake, or Pro stopped working on your PC, tell us and we will review it. Nothing here limits refund or withdrawal rights that the law of your country gives you.

Do not send card numbers or authentication codes by email. We only need the email address used at checkout and, if you have it, the receipt from Polar.

Closing your membership

Closing your global membership does not cancel a Pro subscription. Cancel the subscription first, then close the membership. The Korean HADUN service and its billing are separate and are not affected.
